Tarik Property Holdings, Inc. (TPHI) was established as a legal and professional corporation under Philippine Laws in 19 February 2007. TPHI started its commercial operations in 01 July 2003 after the issuance of Certificate of Incorporation in 04 June 2003.
The company’s primary purpose is to acquire and own condominium and commercial units that will be offered for lease or sale to clients. To date, TPHI now has numerous units of fully-furnished condominiums centrally located in the commercial and business districts of Manila, Makati and Ortigas. More condo units are scheduled for turn-over. Likewise, the company has acquired commercial spaces located in Ortigas Center.
It is the mission of TPHI to provide world-class condominium and commercial units to our discriminating clients. TPHI also provides competent as well as efficient technical and utility services. Hence, our clients include the World Health Organizations (WHO), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Spanish Embassy and ex-pats from various leading companies in the country.
